yep. It's the only store for the good stuff. All the restaurants shop there, so feedback loop.
An aside, I have found a scofflaw variant I really like. Good pomegranate syrup is the key

yes. Kinetic energy. And the speed matters is what I was saying. I know of people killed by bicycles

I think Mcleans is totally a hidden gem for what it is. Classic old school southern diner. Been a while since I was there since I'm avoiding carbs, but it was always pretty packed, and pretty cheap
El Pope has actually been busier the last few times I went, I hope it isn't going down

that's it exactly. Never was great, but was reliably solid. Now it's unreliable and was mediocre the last few times, so I haven't been back for quite a while

huh. Continental was great when it opened, then the food quality went to hell so I gave up. Sounds like it might be back?

this is a Democratic Party primary, so it's up to the Democrats to pick wherever - it's their game.
It could be the democrats are trying to suppress voters, and that was alleged last election by McClellan's opponents. But the Party just claims this is all it has the money and organizational power to do.
They have a better excuse in this case, 5 places in a senate district isn't nuts. But it's politics, so there might be subtle Democratic party shenanigans too

not true. See the innumerable stats posted. Average is around 1300 for a 2 bed.
There are probably some 1800 one beds in the city, though I've never heard of such a thing. But "top number in the set" and "norm" are really not the same thing

if it's mid century modern there's a good market for it. If it isn't, there isn't.
Which is great for someone like me that actually likes mahogany furniture and appreciates good craftsmanship. I'll take a piece of furniture that has lasted 100 years and will go another 100 without thinking over disposable Ikea crap any day

ironically, I'm somewhat glad it burned. Fox was in one of the worst shapes of any RPS school, but there was no way it would ever get any money for renovation because it's the "rich school". It's basically a shell, they have to fix everything there. The only issue will be if they don't provide enough space and bring back the trailers which I could totally see RPS mishandling.
But better a school that will handle another 100 years than a disposable school of the sort they've built lately

this isn't true. Munford would like a word even before.
Look at Foxs demographics after the rezoning, facts matter.
There are a lot of myths about Fox which are based on weird emotions, not rationality and facts, as this shows. It's almost like people are insulted by the idea that RPS has some functional schools, and want to drag them all down to the same level of dysfunction

it's a thin line. I think part of it is a lack of trust in RPS etc to design new schools that are attractive. We know Fox was

so if there is no acceleration, at steady speed, then a car exerts no force (true) and no damage (False) on what it hits?
I think F=mv^2/2 is rather more relevant here, with the exponent being exponentially more important.
And it still doesn't matter. 2k squishes just fine. You can't get more dead than dead

Because Richmond cares about historic architecture, and tearing it down wouldn't speed things up noticeably - see the rest of school construction
