not true. He may be a crook, but actually did a lot for manchester. And grocery stores aren't bothered by him, trust me.
Whereas shrink bothers the hell out of them

fwiw Portland has had minor population declines (2003) now, and I think post war as have other major cities. I think it's interesting but not major.
And our last census was an undercount for various reasons.
But urban area/msa is the best way to look. If someone moves from the Fan to lakeside I don't think they've really left Richmond

I don't think any lawyers, though we have 2 international firms, that one is an interesting question they might get left off. Hunton and McGuire. Biggest 2 are Performance Food Group and Carmax. Capitol one isn't on here because headquarters in Nova, but it still matters too. As do VCU/VCU med and state

yes, but that's more a symptom than a cause. Though it adds to the economy

it's a financial problem. The shoplifiting rate is too high for a grocery store in certain areas. We need to fix that - one way would be a financial guarantee. But the other issue is enforcement

oligopolic yes. But owned by a shockingly large amount of people, the stuff traded on the public markets. Most/many of the owners are retirement accounts

yeah. Unfortunately, as you are experiencing, the affordable places tend to have a higher level of shithead. You are kind of stuck and have to pick your poison.
From what you describe the judge wouldn't grant an eviction on this data. It's hard to evict people who are paying their bills. This is what "stopping evictions" looks like

I mean it's literally part of the law school curriculum... you get graded on it
but it's a gentle way of saying I disagree with you in some circumstances, and it can be good for sellers
