Believe me I know. I used to live in Pittsburgh, which is better off than a lot of former rust belt cities. And did environmental law while there. That's why I said close to Boston not the water although that's the bigger attraction.

But I grew up in Everett and lived there now. I know some people who worked for Wynn during the cleanup. And that area was horrific.

By allowing time for the community to speak they are creating a public forum. And then if they do that they can’t restrict certain kinds of speech but allows others. If they don’t let anyone speak no public forum. They have no obligation to create a public forum. Neither Mass law or the Constitution require it.

I had a stroke about a year and a half ago. Went to Melrose Wakefield. All the signs of a stroke (slurred speech, BP through the roof, disoriented) and I waited in the ER for 7 hours. (I know I should have called an ambulance but I wasn’t exactly thinking straight.) Finally they admitted me. And I was in-patient for about 5 days. Didn’t tell me what was going on, nurses were rude and dismissive.

I don’t recommend it.

I was at malden around the same time it sounds like. Took forever to get the train. Then they were going super slow because of “track work”. Then they stopped right before Wellington because someone “fell in the pit”. But we were only held up for a couple of minutes because of that.

Exactly! They have to give their servers all tips although they still don't. These fees are all gimmicks to pay more.

Kitchen staff should earn more. They should get more from their employers but I'll happily pay I eat the food. But no way are they getting this money.
