Would love to know what’s up with fan duplex prices. Have one that was for sale pre market, and long story, ended up getting two offers full asking price but didn’t sell it. Felt like it was priced wrong but there are no comps 🤷🏻♀️
Edit: it never went fully to market. Our agent found off market buyers. First contract didn’t work out due to buyer financing, second one we got cold feet.
