Our Coca-Cola bottler also bottles Dr Pepper, so you're not going to find it except for at a few soda fountains.

Or if you want to be super-technical about it you'd need a time machine, because Mr Pibb was replaced with Pibb Xtra about twenty years ago.

You could just buy some Dr. Thunder and mix some dirt and cigarette ashes in there, pretty sure it'd taste the same as Pibb :P I'm just teasing, Pibb is fine.

Please repeat this information ad nauseum anytime anyone mentions anything having to do with winter road conditions.

No no, you don't understand. You just need to git gud, because salt doesn't work when it's too cold. I know you didn't mention salt, but salt does not work when it's too cold. Apparently snowplows also turn to jelly when it's this cold I guess, I don't know.

But definitely remember to git gud because the city doesn't need to plow, you just need to drive better on snow. In fact, snow doesn't exist. You're hallucinating, it never snowed. It's fine.

To sum up, SALT DOES NOT WORK WHEN IT'S TOO COLD. Also git gud, and there's no snow. See your doctor. And get some salt for fuck sake. Good luck. Cool.

I didn't mention anything about salt, and my main point was that the city consistently does a poor job clearing the streets.

I mentioned the article because the city claims that plows are out keeping the roads clear when, regardless of the reason, they do not appear to be.

Reading comprehension is lacking on this sub, I know. But Jesus.

They always do a horrible job and have as long as I can remember. You're actually better off if you live outside the city.

This article states:

> The City of Springfield says they have snow plows working 24 hours today to help keep roads clear throughout the city. They are encouraging drivers to remember to space for snowplows.

Frankly, I think that's a lie. I didn't see one city snowplow when I was out driving yesterday, nor on the traffic cameras I looked at last night. There's no evidence of plowing on the roads that I can see, either.

The roads aren't that bad. However, the cold is the real issue. If you did happen to get stuck, it could be potentially dangerous if you aren't prepared for it. I'd stay home if possible.
