How much bleeding severe enough that it needs to absorbed goes on in school? Is there any unusually high number of hemophiliacs in the school.

It’s not PPL job to shop for the best rate. That’s on you. PUC sets the PPL rates for generation and distribution. The consumer can shop for the best generation rate

Harassment in PA law is a form of assault. To charge Simple Assault there needs to be bodily injury or attempt to cause bodily injury. Assuming this is deer urine that was purchased and not drawn from a rotting corpse, I don’t think there’s a risk of bodily injury.

Reply to comment by AnotherUser297 in Can an employer change original hourly wage when adding mandatory overtime to avoid paying overtime? by hellorubydoo
But you answered the OP’s question with a definite nope and used that link to support your position.
Your link and OP’s situation are different. The company in the article was intentionally fluctuating wages based on employee hours to avoid paying OT. The base wage of the employees was entirely contingent on hours worked. More hour equaled lower hourly rate.
OP’s employer is permanently reducing wages. OP’s hourly rate will be the same regardless of hours work. An employer can legally reduce your wages; no law against that. The adding of mandatory OT puts it in a legal grey area. However, the employer is still calculating OT off of a static hourly wage so may be in compliance with the law.

> To avoid paying employees proper overtime, employers lowered the rate of pay for employees in weeks in which they worked more than 40 hours
That’s different than reducing their base pay across the board.
An employer can reduce your pay. What OP is describing sounds legal. Shitty, but legal

>When comparing liquor prices between Washington and California across all store types, the latter’s prices were 24.1% lower for 750 mL containers and 29.6% lower for 1.75 L. Washington has the highest spirit tax rate of any U.S. state and tax differences likely explain the price differences between the two states. Researchers chose California as the comparative state as it allows liquor sales in similar store types and has the same large licensed chain stores such as BevMo, Costco, and Safeway.

>Data posted by the Tax Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank, indicates that Washington residents pay about $35.22 per gallon in spirits taxes, about $8.52 more than before privatization, even though Washington already was the state that taxed liquor the most.
It costs the business $8.52 more to sell the product than it cost the state to sell the same product. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that prices would be higher.

It sounds like state fees and not collusion are leading to higher prices. If it’s still cheaper in Idaho than there’s probably something else at play that makes Idaho cheaper than Washington

Because it there will be multiple places to buy from. The state won’t hands its monopoly over to a single company. It will sell licenses to multiple liquor stores and you’ll have options

They are not soliciting. They are campaigning to gain access to the ballot. It is very much political speech that is protected by 1st amendment. Political speech is the most protected type of speech and gaining access to the ballot is a decidedly political act.
Here’s a SCOTUS case saying gathering of signatures is protected speech (unanimously decided)

Here’s an example of someone engaged in the exact same conduct successfully suing a municipal for violation of 1st amendment rights.

Technically, it’s illegal to bring liquor in from another state. Will you get caught. Highly unlikely, but it’s on the books. Government hates competition

State Police Liquor Enforcement got $30 million from PLCB. That solely funds the enforcement of Liquor Laws and doesn’t fund daily PSP operations. $185 million gets sent to the General Fund.

If you need written permission from the government to exercise your right, it’s not a right. According to the lawsuit they were in the park for an hour before security made first contact. The event didn’t occupy the entire park so they were within their rights to be wherever they wanted outside the ticketed area.
Here’s an on-point example

Link it. I’ve found nothing that indicates they were being aggressive. If you’ve got something I’ll be more than happy to read. That doesn’t change the underlying point that peaceful gathering petitions is protected speech and anyone who defends free speech should be applauded for that defense

I'm familiar with Uvalde. In a situation like that they aren't going to need cat litter on the scene for clean up. After all the investigative work is done a restoration company will handle the clean up. They have their own supplies.
