Even more importantly, let's say it's the manufacturer. The problem occurred because a software test fail was not noticed. Who's fault is it then? The developer who wrote the bug? What about the people who did the code review? Maybe the tester who didn't bring it up after the fact? etc. etc. etc.

We have discovered humans who never saw another human until they'd completely finished development, and they literally cannot learn to communicate with other humans. I don't know that I'd say it's necessarily meaningless, just very unlikely to apply to any of us.
Edit: I stand corrected - see below. Apparently some have learned communication to varying degrees

Have you ever grown Pothos (or anything) in water before? Root rot occurs due to a lack of oxygen, so you need to change it out regularly. You might be hopping up there a lot. You could achieve a similar effect with air plants (just put a bunch all over and it could look awesome) and they can be handled with misting a few times a week.
