You're describing PGP key repositories
Very few people actually use PGP unfortunately

Crash detection isn't standard on Pixel phones.
Some Pixel phones in some markets support it

Nisbets are also one of the few places that will sell you a case of cream chargers no questions asked, and suggest an excellent dispenser to go with them

We didn't get utensils, they were an optional extra, at £200/unit

Varies locally, like they said
Locally to me, VAT is paid on everything that is not zero-rated, and then claimed back at the end of the fiscal year, the same time VAT is due, so the VAT bill is collected VAT minus claimed VAT

In this scenario the mount is only being extended to provide port access, the TV is not being left extended for viewing

He's probably seen many a TV installer check their work by extending the arm and swinging from it
Properly usually means it's structural, either into brickwork or completely through studs, depending on your home's construction method

If it's installed correctly, you can hang a fully grown man from the fully extended arm and it won't budge

We're not hearing electricity itself, we're hearing arcing and inductor vibrations
I can hear an inductor failing months before it does, but I can't hear someone talking directly to me, such is life

And they're usually installed upside down, with no mandatory ground, so it's entirely possible to drop a conductive object onto a plug and start a fire

Specifically a proper switch, as they're spring-loaded to snap as fast as possible, crappy (non-kitemarked) switches can neglect the spring and arc if you don't hit them hard enough

Anticorruption and proper procurement laws?
Again, your issues are with the system your country uses, and the corruption that leads to
Democratically elected individuals, rather than parties, are a much better way of handling things. Likewise, having public officials records open to public scrutiny has a huge part in preventing these backroom deals from happening

Again, you're targeting corruption and labelling it as inefficiency.
Who built that website?
Who owns that company?
Who selected them as the website builders?
Who got kickbacks?

So you don't consider public health something that the government should have a hand in? Despite it being one of the largest contributors to GDP?
We've shown time and time again that privatisation leads to more loss than nationalisation.
I'm in favour of more regulation, including regulatory oversight of government to prevent the corruption that you have such an issue with

Tory governments keep cutting funding
In England, there's the Right to Choose, which means you can go to a private provider on the NHS's dime, but that doesn't apply outside of England
