Reply to LPT: Odds are you won't be the first person in your circle of friends to lose a parent to old age, but when you hear of the first one to go, heed the warning and make sure you're maximizing the time with those you love, because it's likely the bulk of the time you'll have with them is behind you. by JD2005
On the opposite side of this is, appreciate your kids and time with them. When they move out, you’ve likely have spent 90+% of the time you’ll get to be with them in person.

Any advice for helping a weird & shy little boy keep his weirdness when entering school age? I’m really worried he’ll be peer pressured into conformity.

Silver eagle coin of that year. Maybe a graded proof coin would be closer to your price point. Also a good lesson on inflation and intrinsic value.

I have a Eddie Bauer shell that’s high quality, I layer underneath it. It can be a rain coat for 80* or a outer layer for winter with a puffer coat or thick fleece under it.

A large tarp, quality and size to fit your purpose. Rake all the leaves on to it then bundle them up. You could run rope or cable through the eyes to tie it shut.

Follow “the Money Guys” on YouTube. Very simple, basic financial content and strategy. It will work. They get into complicated subject but you’re at the basics, emergency fund, 401k match… go from there

Oatmeal(bulk not packets) with store brand jelly mixed in, might work for a cheap breakfast and snack. Make with water since milk wouldn’t be budget friendly. I fed my kids macaroni noodles with butter and parmigiana cheese recently and they liked it. Could maybe snag some parm packets from a gas station or pizza place.

I think it’s a good tip and like your explanation too. Are you familiar with NLP? Correct grammar doesn’t really matter when you’re trying to persuade in a conversation.
