There are employers who will treat it as a regular prescription and ignore positive results but there is not any sort of blanket protection. Hell as a someone who has their mmj card, I could catch a DUI at any point even if I'm not actively high, as you can test positive day/weeks later depending on usage.

Right? The PUC has asked everyone to conserve, aka avoid doing laundry or using other high energy appliances unless you have to and to turn your heat down lower than you normally do, health permitting. Same thing in the summer (except setting ac to a higher temperature than normal) to prevent blackouts during this extreme weather.

Yes!

I didn't because it was the first time I'd ever sold a car privately. People who bought my car put my plates on their other car apparently. I ended up getting a pile of citations for a car I've never owned in a town I've never lived. Luckily I was able to provide the paperwork showing it was my plate but it was on a car I sold to the people at the address of the citations. Codes guy was able to get rid of the hundreds of dollars in citations and made sure I contacted penndot to kill the plates in case they attempted to use them again.

I live "way out in the country" in peco and rent isn't under $1000 out here anymore either. And there is absolutely no fiber speed internet once you leave civilization. I looked at a place for rent last year that was only serviced by Verizon with a max speed of 1.5mbps.

Harrisburg city is pretty small and it quickly dissolves back into Pennsyltucky after leaving it.

Only because they haven't been taught enough about pregnancy progression. Zero restrictions doesn't mean Susie can walk into an abortion clinic at 39 weeks with a healthy fetus and abort it just because she changed her mind. Canada doesn't have restrictions and they get on just fine.
