Something a little different but has anyone heard of an outfit called collisionpgh? Saw a flyer for what looked like a private public party featuring sort of death ....space ambient... techno stuff...

This is where a bunch of people practice but it can get quite busy. Ignore that first Google map picture, it's rarely that packed.

Highland Park Bike Track (412) 255-2539 https://maps.app.goo.gl/VpWbArQ4cZALr6196

But if you want a place with fewer people, I'd go to the point. It's counterintuitive but unless it's a game or fair day or a knackers gorgeous day, it's going to be pretty relaxed. And it's a nifty place.

How about the trolley Museum?

Heinz history center just got ranked in top 10

Children's museum is a riot imo for 5+ year olds and probably won't be super packed on a weekday. if your kids are older there is the museum lab (but looks like it's only open Saturday).

Only if I'm out all day in the sun and that happens rarely. :/

You start to realize the mistake in not wearing it with tons of sun exposure as you get older. I'm 40 now and that's when the melanomas seem to start popping up. Get to 50s and you've heard of some people having surgery. 60s and older and I know folks who annually get melanomas removed.

Luckily this type of skin cancer is very treatable if you act quickly. Downside is that a lot of people think it's no big deal until it's too late.

A lot of Chinese places have it to varying goodness.

Parlor was good but overpriced IMO. Had some at sezchuan spice recently and it was good.

One issue might be that we have a lot of taiwanese places and not so many Chinese/honk kont places and chow fun is predominantly not a Taiwanese dish.

It had a lot of clubs historically, going at least back to when the Hill had a vibrant jazz strip but also had a apparently pretty rocking edm/rave scene and a fair share of 80s/90s dance clubs.

I think a big factor that hurt that scene was the flight of young people along with not big enough of a popular for the remaining active subculture to keep it going (compared to say NYC).

I think a club could actually make it again with the return of young people with lots of disposable income although now it's hit or miss if it would benefit or not from pent up pandemic demand.

The scene is very different in Baltimore but after seeing about a jillion college kids rocking it out at the open air club .... mall? .... I guess it can be very profitable.

Last time I went to parlor, the chow fun was overpriced for the size but the dim sum itself was decent..also 2/3 desserts were interesting. Cocktails were meh but only tried the most adventurous one below the duck sauce one (I think - I have a policy against duck sauce cocktails)

I wanted to vote for pizza erry day too!

For me, I live very close to my office so I consider it an extension of my house. It's a lot more space, I have amenities, enjoy the social aspect, and most importantly I've had several in person collaboration sessions that just wouldn't happen otherwise. I also do work that has to be in that facility.

You don't have to be a AAA member and I have always found them to be helpful, if a little slow. You do need to have allt be required documents.

Also not every notary will do complicated transfers or some might not do autos at all. Make sure you ask if they've done what you're asking them. I was trying to use local but eventually went to AAA when they said they weren't too confident in how to proceed.

Park Plaza only does service animals and generally does not allow rentals. It is managed by RJ community so you might want to email them and see what properties allow that.

If you are using an agent then stress to them the importance of getting it early. Some agents and managers wanted to wait until you were closer to the offer but that is a waste of time IMO

That's one and I'm not a fan of property hoarders but that's different from making a place that was not available to rent from into something that is. Other reasons might be bad credit, low wages causing an inability to save, needing to support their family with medical/legal issues, property taxes too high due to unjust distribution of resources for schools, a bad financial decision made earlier in life, and being shitty with their own money despite making enough.
