I mean you have to start taxing them higher. It's inevitable. People would die if they don't.

You think politicians only operate for their own good right? Me too!

So think of it this way. When no one has a job, people will ask for money. The politicians that give the people UBI will be the ones getting the votes. So the politicians will make UBI for their own gain.

There are only so many loopholes. I'm sure if you tax something on each unit produced or something, it would go better.

If that happens then I would be extremely happy. I would be very much content with that future where everyone is rich and money is useless.

But if shit goes sideways and it's a post apocalyptic thing for poor people, then I'm sorry. I'd like the backup of being rich enough to be a part of that society. Especially considering the fact that it's just gonna get harder to make money after a while.

You have to understand. I have to at least have a backup plan for myself.

I don't raise prices every other day like others do.

I give my tenants plenty of time when they make late payments. I once had a tenant pay me 3 months late. I allowed him because there was briefly a time where my father struggled to make payments on my school fees, I do feel sympathy you know.

Also keep everything in good condition.

I'm not insanely hyper rich. Just above average rich. Not that far above the normal person.

I thought I would get more answers presenting it in this manner. More responses that way. I don't think I would get as many answers if i presented it in a different manner.

I'm not working a job. I own a ton of land, I'm a landlord. Have a few alcohol retail stores. Plus a few other businesses.

I just want to see how to make money in the future.
