I mean knowledge and intelligence isn’t the same thing humans know what quantum physics is and have the intelligence to process what it is but does a person from 1500s know what it is? No so Ai will need some information and process them and maybe further understand our reality and even then it could be so complex we can’t communicate with the Ai or so

Smarter doesn’t mean free will or consciousnesses bring those traits might be biological (again we don’t know) but if AGI comes and it’s not conscious nor has free will then govts can use it to do whatever they want

What your describing is if AGI becomes a self conscious being that has free will and does whatever they want….that might not be the case it could be a highley intelligent computer that answers any question

You will still have to interact with the real world because the govt could shut your world off
