It's gonna take a good decade still to get the one I work at up to blended status alone.
Then end if life rotation followed by another round of full automation and removal of human-assist setups.
It's taking way too long!

Humans have got to stop walking into the robots....
Even with current mhe folk will enter trailers without announcement will you try to move product.

Exactly. Specialization actually improves productivity.
I'm currently the only one on my shift that can do X inside of the timeframe because I was trained and did 1000s of hours of that job. Now theure doing everybody can do everything bullshit and nobody bit me can still do that one item.
I get to do that every time they put me back in that department.
