What they often do is: walk down the road, pull everything out of the backpack looking for money or anything of value, and then they leave it on the ground.

I bet if you walk around the area around Hot Club you’ll be able to find some of your stuff.

I always see stuff on the grass behind the church at the bottom of Wickenden st. (Right across the off-ramp from Trade Joes)

The Dark Lady is great. There are other gay bars more geared towards gays, Dark Lady is more geared towards the gay/queer/trans-side, very fun atmosphere the few times I’ve been.

They used to have fun punk shows sometimes, but I don’t think they’ve had any in a while.

Skervy Dog is a great punk dive, very welcoming to any/all.

I went Thursday, opening day, at 1pm and it was much like you describe. People with carriages just standing in the middle of nowhere literally looking up, not even looking at or for food. People turned sideways in the aisle like they’re the main character in this video game. 😂

It’s been significantly slower the last couple days I’ve gone, and less hectic, but I’ve been going before noon to make sure I have a decent selection of prepared foods.

I will say this: even when the line is long, it’s been extremely fast (and friendly) check-out!
