I have found a pig skull and other things in the woods in NH. It could be from domestic dogs or wild animals carrying parts into the woods from farms, trash, dumps. Or it could be that there are feral pigs here. Not sure yet.

I believe there were 2 officers on the scene. That means at least 1 other went along with it rather than pulling him aside and saying "don't be insane." Then police chief went on record saying the 2 officers handled the situation properly. So now we're up to 3. I'm not aware of any town officers standing up and saying the debacle was idiotic. Therefore I can't say if it's the whole department or not. If someone there disavowed it would be a good sign. Not seeing it.

Also people in the comments are scratching their heads and asking if NH has prohibition. lulzlulzlulz

It's the same requirements as an operator's license. The difference is that the test would be on a moped, and then you only have a license for a moped.

Personally, I'd get the operator's license.

I've never known anyone with a moped only license. I have known people with a motorcycle only license.

You can actually buy a farm far north NH for not much over 200k. Some have sold recently. Go on the real estate websites. You can see what is currently listed, but also what has sold recently. Then you get an idea of what is realistic where.

Disclaimer I'm not a real estate guy expert or guru. However, I'm under the impression from living here is that real estate prices are relatively near all time highs. So I personally would not be taking out a loan, because I expect the prices to go down. If that happened then the property I just bought would be worth a lot less, but my sky high loan still has to be paid.

It's different if you sell one house and buy another. The house you sell is theoretically an inflated price, so it all evens out. Take out a loan right now? Not for me.

I'd likely send them a certified letter with the notice. I would think about calling a lawyer and having him send the letter.

Disclaimer I'm not a lawyer, but if the forms aren't in the lease then I don't think they are a requirement. If the lease says notice then give notice done. But given how they're acting I'd think the crazy fake fees are coming so more thoughts about lawyer. But that's me.

Who moved the RV onto my property? Dunno. What would happen if somebody moved it again, but this time a few feet so it was in the road? Do know- The city would have it towed away. Problem solved.

If it were me, I would talk to the farm owner about getting a good reference. That is a rental history. You were just bartering/working to pay rent rather than working in cash. I would set a cash price on my labor, and then put that in the application when asked. I'd talk to the farm owner about that as well, so he or she would know if called by a landlord.

I'd search by asking friends and family, asking people at church, and asking on Facebook groups.

No place in the entire state where people generally converse in French in public. You would have to go to Canada for that. There are many French-speaking tourists from Canada. Immigrants / children of immigrants who speak French aren't exactly rare. However, you can't work or get by day to day w/o speaking English, I would say.

Sorry I don't have links at my fingertips ready to go. It's human nature. If you allow a person back into society then he has the opportunity to live like everyone else. If you banish him, then he goes to the criminal subculture. If you treat him differently, then every strike against him is motivation to leave regular society.

You can say "we want him to reform" all day long. If you don't let him reintegrate, then good luck with that.

If a man pays his debt to society, he should have the same rights as everyone else. I could see withholding gun rights if he was still on parole or something like that.

Treating people like 2nd class citizens or monsters is a big reason why many reoffend. If you expect more of people then they will live up to it.
