All the 14 year olds I know don’t care about whipped cream flavored vodka, weed gummy bears or chocolate; they want menthol cigarettes.

I like grilled and broiled oysters that are made from fresh, and I like fried clams made from fresh so why not oysters? I just had some Damariscotta River oysters tonight (raw) that were super salty and would be great cooked.

I just listed a house for 5% with a 50/50 split for agents unless the buyer’s agent works for the listing broker, then it’s 4%.
