If they were “bad” then they would need to be sterilized or eliminated. Not sure society is ready for that.

Color me SHOCKED!!
I’ve been hearing tales of Amazon undercutting small sellers for years. I’m surprised it has taken this long for some country to try and slap their hands.

It doesn’t always. Take your Wisdom Teeth for example. Most human mouths don’t have room for all the teeth we used to have.
Over time, if there is a selection bias where people who have wisdom teeth don’t breed as often, they will eventually disappear, but other than that, there is no selection bias for people without wisdom teeth, so they will continue to be an issue some of us.

“Should” but there are a lot of storm drains that lead straight to bodies of water.

From the sewer they get into the ocean don’t they? (Or are at least released to the local aquifer at some point?)

Saw a technique where they add something like a flocking agent to the water to cause clumping of micro plastics into manageable blobs. Don’t remember if the article discussed the super-fine particles.

Did you miss the “bad” part?
Sociopathy is not necessarily a “bad” condition. I watches a documentary where a researcher was testing to see if it could be detected with an FMRI. He was sorting through test results and realized that one of the ones he flagged was his own. He asked his family and friends and they all agreed he was a mild sociopath. They all knew not to play competitive games with him.
