Full nudity is actually legal in Maine unless there's a local ordinance against it. The closest place I'm aware of that features it, though, is the Golden Banana in Saugus, Mass.

What, are the dancers not taking their tops off now? I know Portland doesn't allow bottomless.

Dimly. But I also remember Montana Burgers and the Burger Stop that used to be in the parking lot at Forest Ave. and Arbor St.

Harmon's on Route 100 in West Falmouth. Order it with everything and don't forget the fries.

I have no idea why this was downvoted.

Does anyone else remember the Maine Highway Safety Commission signs that used to stand in the Turnpike median? Are your tires safe? I think the last sign with their name on it was the one in Augusta that showed what the lanes were supposed to be used for.

Scrub-A-Dub has self wash bays at the Morrill's Corner location (probably at the Mall too but I'm not 100% sure of that). There's also a place on Forest Ave. between Baxter Woods and Domino's.

Right. I don't know what's there now.

There's nothing in Windham, unless they've finally done something with the old mill in South Windham. If anyplace is still open on the Naples Causeway, there's that. I also think there's a place on the left in Lewiston as you come over the bridge on 202.

Salute to your old man! One thing I can think of at the old toll was that the surrounding ground was constantly sinking, so they had to smooth off the approaches to the booth; that was that awful little hill that used to be there. I have no idea what happened with the building of the new booth but I'm sorry it drove your dad out of his career.
