My choices too. They all expand on the world of the first movie in a way that makes things even more meaningful.

Same. I’m convinced that Death is one of the greatest animated movie villains of all time. And that this movie is better than anything Disney has done in decades. Instant classic, that I rushed to see even though I rarely go to theaters anymore.

The action scenes are on a Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon level. And the villain is ideal 🦚

And then The Way, Way Back, and then Peanut Butter Falcon, and then Moonrise Kingdom.

Ever seen World’s Fastest Indian? It invokes Anthony Hopkins driving his motorcycle into the desert and racing it on salt flats.

The X-Men movie Logan kind of had this vibe.

Anything that takes place in Ancient Egypt. The movie world needs a historically accurate Egypt movie that doesn’t mix in a bunch of dark magic or over the top romance.

It’s a way of being edgy while still staying PG.

The imagery associated with the holiday would not involve snow, pine trees, and snowmen, but rather sand, beaches, and probably some sort of sea monster invented for the holiday. People would probably hang up little suns.

I love your taste. The Cornetto Trilogy rules, and Airplane is the epitome of a movie that throws out so many jokes that you can't breathe from laughing so hard.

I also love the flashbacks to Po’s childhood, and the heightened stakes that force the team to be better at working together
