Oh, one weird thing it's doing now is saying the app isn't available for my device. Not sure what to do now.

I couldn't figure it out the entire time I was subbed. Like I said, I found the files, but never how to actually use any of it. I feel like I have two or three pieces to a ten piece puzzle.
