Right around the time that brain waves typically can supposedly be found in a fetus/unborn(typically 25 weeks)

Which makes it consistent with the law in most states that affects whether or not a person(adult or not) is alive or dead. Do they have the full/usual complement of brain waves? If not, they're not alive in any way consistent with the law(s) affecting all other humans.

I think, FWIW, that always attempting to aim for legal consistency is a good thing. It lends greater credibility and enforceability. Having the legal system be a hodgepodge of inconsistent patchwork will always lead to social discontent/upset.

The only thing that will help would be a 200Kt thermonuke, and that might be a problem for your house and garage. On the other hand, after the EMP surge, you wouldn't need to worry about Eversource restoring power to your electronics. 😵‍💫

Good God. Presumably with the dropping temps, that's all turned to ice. Maybe one of those propane flamethrowers? Do they still make those?

My back is sore just from shoveling 4" of that stuff off my 80' walkway.

Having good luck with one of those metal dirt shovels, long 6' wood handle, with a flat blade and flat (sharp) edge. Blade is small, which is good. I think it belonged to my grandfather 🤣.

Regular snow shovels are useless PoS. They're all designed for the kind of snow we haven't seen these past 4-5 years.

But is it fluffy and sweet?

Got 4-5 inches of some of the heaviest, nastiest wet snow I've ever seen - after TheCloudBoy predicted we'd get 15-18 here in Strafford. It might as well have been a flurry of -concrete-. I think if it had been below 28 degrees, we would have had 15".

Strafford, on the south slope of Blue Job mountain.

Recently noticed a faint acrid smell(like Chlorine-ish), and sinuses have been acting up the last 2-3 days. Hard to differentiate from when the upwind neighbor is using their pellet stove, and some of the smoke wafts into my house - except it's been warm-ish lately, and the neighbor only seems to use their stove "hard" when it's really cold.

Whatever it is, post-nasal drip and general sinus/allergic irritation is new.

Yeah, I got that from the article, and thus the lawsuit by IJ (who I donate to, they do good work). I just didn't see in the article that it was a particular ZB member that was the problem point.

I wouldn't think that the Asst. Zoning Inspector, even if they sat on the board themselves, would have much power. It would be some other community member, probably some snobbish %1-er.

Lets be constructive, here.

Destroying your own property, and destroying a loved, local landmark - 0 points.

Letting the air out of the Asst. Zoning Inspectors tires when they're not looking - 1.5 points

Pouring sugar into their gas tank when they're not looking(hey, they're at a donut shop - they better have a sweet tooth) - 4 points.

Torching the Asst. Zoning Inspectors vehicle(only if it's an official vehicle, not personal) - 10 points (but only if at a safe distance from your donut shoppe - subtract 5 points if the blazing vehicle accidentally ignites said donut shoppe)

Drugging the Asst. Zoning Inspector, and take photos of them while in a semi-consensual act with one of the local moose population, and posting copies of the photos around town - 50 points

Just a few ideas. Trying to be constructive, yeah. Anybody else with some good ideas?

and?

My -point-, which you-all appear to delight in dodging, was that other than a handful or two of whack jobs and trouble-makers(some of which were clearly not MAGA), the majority of the people there in that crowd were there for a peaceful protest/rally. Even most of the people who bumbled inside the Capitol, got in and then just milled about waving their flags. Much less the thousands staying outside protesting.

What isn't fair or correct is that "certain elements", shilling their political hate, wagging their lying poison tongues, want to smear the entire group as traitors, as though being upset about obvious electoral irregularities, and wanting to have a legitimate protest about that - that is treason(?)

Point the finger accurately, otherwise people will reject you as yet another scheming shill.

The only person acting like a lunatic here is you, Mr Angry Young Man. Your fantasizing and "story telling" say more about you than they do about anybody else.

Just another aggro, angry sociopath, like half the people I've known from Manchester. What is it about Manchester, anyways? The nice people are really nice, but the other half are over the top wacky, like you.

So angry. Angry little social refuse.

I made it clear that most of my ref material died along with my(and others) twitter accounts. But you missed that, I guess.

You do understand that your insane ranting at me is probably outside the specs of this sub(?)

Or perhaps, like the irritated, poisonous serpent you are, you're hoping to make me do/say something that will get me blocked here?

Good Luck, son. Feel free to bring this "Rash" to an end. Of course, you won't be able to help yourself.
