The quick answer is “you don’t”.

The metal studs may be holding up the drywall on the ceiling but they are not the structural members holding the ceiling, floor, or roof.

If you’re renting, then ask your landlord if you are even allowed to do this. If you own the unit then ask your building superintendent or the building board.

Much forest land is owned by trusts, LLCs, etc, and the actual 'beneficial owners' of these entities are not publicly known.

I have it on good authority that the largest land owner in Maine is not the Irving Family, but rather an institution that hides its ownership by owning parcels under multiple entities with undisclosed beneficial ownership.
