Honest question - WTH goes on at this place? Each time there’s an event it looks like some military ball or FOP gathering. Is it just a place for ppl “in the know” to discuss world domination?

My bad. Definitely had a rage response haha. It was in reference to the watchoutphilly page and the amount of victim blaming etc. They have posted pictures of people previously (then deleted upon backlash) of houseless individuals and others with mental illness and when there is the slightest pushback or chance for dialogue, you are blocked. They came off at times as “omg a crazy person!” and what some would call “basic white women”. Maybe they’ve changed but the experiences that I’ve had with them and their followers wasn’t anything to write home about.

I got blocked by that trash ass page for questioning some of the information they posted. They run absolutely zero checks on what they post and don’t want to have any type of dialogue.

Curious as to why this hasn’t been reported on? Even more boggled at the comments in that Twitter thread saying this “is a good thing” because of “gentrification”. Last time I saw row homes firebombed in this city, it didn’t turn out too well.

We have one of the inspector's names who we have been contacting and we just found out that on our block, after the street has been dug up since April, that they have no plans to repave the whole thing and instead are going to patchwork it which is INSANE. Darrell Clark doesn't gaf about this district

I’d say you are partly correct, however, there were almost 2 straight weeks a bit ago where it was 60+ degrees with no work being done. We all know November/December is coming and temps can dip so when these roads have been dug up for 6 months, this looks like god awful planning

The entire neighborhood has been a shitshow for a while. Our block has been dug up since APRIL and I feel for everyone because I know we aren’t alone and the streets look like OP’s
