It's my honest opinion that we don't need a rally as much as we need to speak when we go to the polls, that we want a functional police department and a fully public state park. In the end, the only things that matter are votes and dollars.

You should not be paying court fees if you've committed no crime. The court should be paying fees to you, in an ideal world.

There will be a lot of train noise, but probably not much or any rail squeal in this area. Mostly just the wheels.

You might hear them when they blow their horn as they are about to exit the tunnel.

That's untrue. At a minimum, they can give you advice on how to make this happen as fast and efficiently as possible. And, they have tremendous financial incentive to do so.
