Reply to LPT: If you are in a place where you don't want to sneeze, but you feel your nose start to tickle, pinch the area just above your nostrils. This should reduce the feeling of wanting to sneeze. You don't have to fully close the nostrils even. by RegalDreamer

Pushing your tongue hard against your palate also works pretty good.

You Americans always surprise me, I was expecting sacs of dried peperonici, which kind of makes sense in a funny way with the topic, but then I zoomed in and saw the salami. I know you call it that, but what is the reason for it? Honest question.
