Shelburne has a lot ,the bridge of flowers.

Check the scenic Mohawk trail for the 35 miles of scenic byway from the Shelburne are to the hairpin turn in North Adams.

Northamton has great restaurants ,anything you fancy really.

If you take the Mowhawk trail east (rt.2) you get to the Quabbin region ,also wonderful.

Take I-91 N to Brattleboro VT and spend a dat there too

The only other state I have experience with is Vermont and what I'd say is that Vermont is cheaper and covers more stuff for higher incomes but the quality care is inferior to Massachusetts.

If you are substabtially above poverty and broke your ankle you'd be better in Vermont. But if you have cancer you way better in Mass.If your with 130% of poverty your're always better in Massachusetts.

Hold on to the disqualification notice so that in case it was a mistake you can show it for proof that you were excused from jury duty in case you get fined for not showing up.It could have been a error and meant for another person so just keep the notice for proof.

I had a friend who moved to Pennsylvania but Massachusetts didn't do their homework and he years later found he had a misdomeanor record and a $1000 fine against him.He had to show proof of a PA residence before the mailing date of the jury summons, yea mistakes happen!

Another thing is that if you have a loan on the car the excise is based on what you actually own not on what the value of the car is.I payed 13K for a car but on a loan so my excise is based on $1899.Last years excise was based on $1895 so the value went up in a year based on payments made.

If you have a new car on a loan the excise could be lower than a paid off used car.I'm hoping when my car is paid off in 2026 that the value will be about the same but I doubt the value will go down though because I will own all of it.

You will save a bunch a money on ur car insurance by switchin' to Geico.I had Geico for years and loved until I was forced to switch to a local comany because of a car loan.

I loved Geico and wish I could still use them but my car loan bank says no!

I would guess oral/verbal and written are the same and mean as opposed to suspected or suspicion.

This also does not mean that extreme emotional disturbance via adultry can't mean a reduced charge or verdict but that proof or suspicion of infidelity in and of itself can't prove extreme emotional disturbance.

Sort of like taking psyche meds is not proof of legal insanity in and of itself but that does mean insanity can't be proven.
