This winter is still pretty eerie. We’ve barely had a dusting of snow, it’s barely dropped below freezing at night and we have another 50 degree day today with more rain on the way this week. It’s creepy.

Look, you’re going to find fairly acceptable BBQ but this is like asking where to find the best chowder and clam cakes in Texas. It’s just not right.

Which would make them a more expensive option. Which would make them less competitive in the market and open an opportunity for another company that could haul trash more cleanly and this more cheaply.

I’m confused by this. I just checked their website and their burgers are 15-18 bucks and come with fries or greens. I don’t have a dog in this fight but that seems pretty standard for a sit down place.

If you’re biologically inclined, the nature lab at RISD is free and open to the public (but you need to make a reservation). It’s like a tiny natural history museum but you can touch the specimens.

The video in the article does. Typically these greenhouses use natural gas to heat them. This greenhouse uses renewable energy to power bitcoin servers then uses the waste heat to heat the greenhouse.

I can’t speak for why it wasn’t done better in the past, but as for now, the work absolutely needs to be done. The old retaining walls were falling into the far lane: there is a Jersey barrier holding them back which is clearly only a temporary solution. The slope needs to be stabilized
