If you do not intend to stay in a place for more than 6 or 8 years, why buy? Given prices, interest rates and closing costs, how do you intend to not lose $$ in the purchase? Not to mention the added federal tax if you do not keep ownership for 5 or more years. A losing proposition all around. Rent instead and move 2 years from now without that anchor around your wallet.

Don't believe it when someone tells you Annville is 20 mins from Harrisburg.

Maybe if you go 70 mph the entire way with green lights all the way, but not otherwise. Nearly all of the speed limit is 50 or under, you have to grind thru Hershey and Palmyra, and there are no less than 16 traffic lights between the time you get on 83 and when you arrive at 422/934.

Also, Annville is a dinky place (pop 5,000) that does not have all that the poster claims it has.

Was a time I'd sneak a peak at the mags at that little store used to be near the Circle K at the bottom of Crystal Lake, but I was 14 or so back then. Anna Nicole may have been the last centerfold I looked at. May have looked at Kim Krapdashian balancing the champagne glass on her butt cheeks but nothing more recent, no.

Unfortunately, fraud appears to not be an "infamous crime" which would disqualify scrotum from holding public office; it does appear, however, that the kid gloves with which he was handled gave him the courage to step up his criminal behavior. Why the PA Nat'l Guard did not boot him at that point is something I do not understand.

There ya go again, u/LowNo5584 Dumping your crap, then running like a coward. The saying goes that Congress controls the purse strings but when Congress does not fund, the Executive must shut things down. If you are going to post crap, at least have the courage to defend your words. Or does the yella in ya spine cause you to run?

There was an analysis of some sorts, of which I was given a copy. Damn if I can find it, tho.

For all of Maine's problems, it does not match West Virginia's where WVa PBS reporter Amelia Knisely was fired after reporting on the abuse of the disabled in state care.
