I got something like this through my door once. Handposted. I reported it to the cops (UK) and they took it seriously because it was so obvious that a person having an episode of mental illness had posted it. The officer told me to lock my doors at night and I was scared. Then a few days later they called and said that a lot of neighbours had got one so it wasn't targeted. It's so sad. They must be so afraid.
