SOLUTION: A person cannot run for more than one office at a time. This all could have been avoided if two people in particular hadn't been running for reelection AND running for higher office on the same ballot.

Reply to Winter driving in PA all seasons vs Snow tires. What do you have and why? by RemoteStatement
When I was driving my FWD Mitsubishi Eclipse, I kept an extra set of wheels with snow tires on them for the winter.
I'm currently driving a 4WD Jeep Patriot and a good set of all seasons is sufficient for winter out here.

The United States is comprised of 50 states. 4 of those states (PA, VA, MA and KY) call themselves commonwealths, but there is no legal or functional distinction between a commonwealth and a state. 46 of those states call themselves states.
This is a pretty simple and straight forward answer.

The United States has 46 states and 4 commonwealths, but the distinction is in name only. Governance is the same in both states and commonwealths.

That sounds like something that shouldn't be allowed, since it has the potential to create situations like this.
You should only be able to run for one office at a time, and you should have to resign from your previous office to run for another office.

Well for starters I'm not a Republican and I'm certainly not defending their bullshit. In fact I criticized both parties just in this thread.
I know the idea that someone can oppose both Democrats and Republicans is a foreign concept to you.

Why would I vote for any politician seeking to systematically undermine our civil rights?
Give me one good reason to support Democrats without pointing to the Republicans and saying "they're worse."

Hate speech laws with such a broad and vague interpretation that almost anything could end up classified as hate speech to violate the 1st Amendment, gun control laws that violate the 2nd Amendment, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and red flag laws that are clear violations of the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments.
If a person cares at all for civil rights in general, they cannot support either party in good conscience as each party is seeking to violate civil rights in some capacity.

I'd be much happier if the Democrats weren't also going after rights every freaking year.
It's so hard for someone who cares about civil rights to support either party in this state.

Keep in mind that depending on the source of the violent crime statistics, suicide may or may not be included in that tally. Which can skew the results heavily to one side or the other, especially since areas of low population that have like 6 months out of the year in near total darkness.

I probably would. Stickers irritate the hell out of me most of the time, unless it is something really strange. Like the sticker someone made for the Toyota Highlanders that has one stick figure with a sword and a couple headless stick figures to the side.
What makes be cringe the most is political stickers, gun stickers and military vet stickers (especially Navy Chiefs who plaster their cars in goat locker stuff).
I got my Navy vet license plate and a Doom Ducky sticker on the inside of my window at the moment, and that is it.
