Not anti-AC in fact I love it! However it really isn't everyone's cup of tea and most definitely isn't the beat optiona for families with young children, there are far better options. Teenagers may be able to survive the torture of it, but you might as well just go to seaside at that point.

Ya as a medical patient this really frustrates me to see. It's incredibly selfish, idiotic, and dangerous. While I get Murphy and the state was trying to protect drivers against unwarranted searches and potential "profiling", taking away the ability to rule out active smoking makes pulling over and punishing these irresponsible assholes much more difficult.

If they can't catch them they most likely won't pursue, this is pretty common with motorcycle crotch rocket riders but it applies in certain driving situations as well. Cop isn't gonna recklessly pursue you and potentially endanger others just to give you a ticket, especially if they weren't quick to draw. Kinda reasonable even though this is kinda the stuff that causes accidents. It would help if they did enforce the passing lane more against slow or camping drivers, it boggles my mind that people don't see an issue with a mile long line behind them and open road in front of them

Supply and demand as well as more state regulations here compared to CA is why there is a major price discrepancy. However don't be fooled lots of people in the industry in CA are having major issues going on as well because of non existent regulations (same happened in Oregon and Washington) and overwhelming supply.

You cannot really compare California to other legal states as well due to higher crime rates associated with cartel influx of cannabis and money laundering happening there exploiting others and pushing out legitimate businesses.

I often see the discussion being framed as the supply for housing never meeting the demand therfore prices continue to rise steadily, which is mostly true and larger metro areas like NYC/New Jersey metro area. There hasn't been any new construction enmasse to meet the demand on top of the fact this tri-state area is a highly desirable area to live in with some of the largest population density per capita. Move somewhere else like cleavland or Atlanta and you have a very different story, where the demand to move there is far and few so development actually helps reduce costs of homes/rent (although Georgia in general has been starting to see major increases in population the past few years due to corporate tax breaks resulting and many major companies to move offices to the state).

Probable cause has not been expanded in NJ if anything it's been far more hindered than anything in NJ recently. Don't wanna get your car searched don't keep firearms and ammo in plain sight together, don't have booze or drugs in the front cockpit visibly or smell of booze (NJ you cannot be searched based on smell of cannabis when pulled over which imo is wrong so many people smoking and driving since legalization and nothing we can do about it and there's been a raise in auto accidents since), don't have anything you're not supposed to in plain site and keep it in your trunk or in the back.

That all said, on a serious note if tints are more allowed and not a trqckable offensive I fear there will more likely be a raise in kidnapping or sexual assault events since you can fully enshroud your vehicle. This makes it easier for predators to manipulate those kidnapped and harder for them to send a distress signal in transit or when pulled over. I'm all for tints for eye sight purposes but you genuinely do not need it to be surround pitch limo black. Gradient options are just as effective and protective for real medical needs especially since most windshields nowadays are also polarized which is supposed to significantly help with light and glare.

>they are kinda inconsistent and dry and when it's dry it can feel terpless. Also some of their strains just lack in potency. Maybe I just have a high tolerance.

Never once gotten dry bud from there nor has anyone I known gone there gotten dry bud, it's easily the most consistent and best in program for med patients. Always tasted terp profiles fine as well. Potency is average although higher potencies are not necessarily good or better and there are even plenty of studies now showing that higher than normal THC potentcies can actual be detrimental.

>They're the best dispo in NJ as far as I'm concerned, but they're also the only decent dispo in a sea of bad MSOs so it's also not saying much

I've been to Maine and they are pretty on par imo with their dispensaries just wish they had more availability and selection but they are a restricted grower rn which is unfortunate.

>Love their pheno hunts and small batches events. More dispos need to do that.

That we agree on! It's also good for the plant itself as more hybridization yields better cannabis in the future generations for the strain.

>I think once the legal industry settles in more, people will realize that a meticulous grower who puts TLC in it is incomparable and likely won't be toppled by industrial scale growth cultivars

Also agree! I think a lot of people in the general sub here do not realize the impact of limiting market access has done to our cannabis industry, but at the same time we are reaching the one year mark of legal weed. That said I have heard good things from inside that there should be more small businesses opening up in general this year as many more growers were given licenses this past year to begin cultivation.

Don't have a source off hand other than my father was a longshoremen for 40+ years and the union rep sorry 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'll edit the phrasing my bad. Irregardless it's an extremely dangerous place to work, my father has seen and had many workers get decapitated on site, run over, crushed, and more.
