To be very specific, if the house is your father’s house, and your father’s house alone, you can go to to your Dad’s case worker to do a transfer of ownership with proper proof of care, residency and no alternative residence now to transfer the deed from your father to you.
If you wait until after your father passes, and the house was his and his alone, you go through DHS Estate Recovery where you have to prove to them care, residency and no alternative residence,

It sounds nice, so long as you have no understanding of how child support is supposed to work. Or how wrongful death law suits are supposed to compensate for a parent’s death.
I couldn’t find it there would be a payout under a wrongful death statute and this child support one.

Usually it’s the religious parents that have a problem with Halloween.

The fact that the company called you an independent contractor but complained about bathroom breaks is a HUGE flag that says you are not a contractor.

Pennsylvania does charge estate tax. For any amount. The rate changes based on relatedness to the decedent. Children pay less than your buddy you willed your boat to.
