According to this article from 2020 Northbridge Partners is leasing it to Amazon. As far as I know it is still empty, but Revere hasn't really offered any tax incentives to have them there.

Found one thing about North Andover. According to this article, North Andover is giving Amazon $27 million in tax incentives.

The idea was that we would connect Boston to NY via I90 and complete that segment of the road. We'd use tolling to pay for upkeep and repair. It has since been expanded upon over the years and still behaves this way. Check out this link http://www.bostonroads.com/roads/mass-pike/

Also, https://www.mass.gov/info-details/economic-development-incentive-program-edip is where you can go to look at which businesses received credits to lower taxes in exchange for job creation.
