Pottsville feels romantic to me. I love walking around at night and seeing the lights of houses across the way nestled in the hills and valleys.

What’s wrong with Schuylkill? I live in Delco but I’ve wanted to move to Pottsville for a few years now after visiting a few times.

You should check with indoor cat owners on the street. If it’s environmental like a mold local to you the cats would probably have enough exposure to react, but if it’s only dogs who walk outside getting it, it could increase the likelihood it’s a chemical on the sidewalk/streets.
