I see, I tend to lower my sensitivity since my eyes are sensitive to light at night.

A few years back, I actually wore sunglasses at night to see better. Now, it’s more tolerable but I really wish they allowed tinted windshields.

As long as you use your indicators I’m perfectly happy. XD

It feels like I’m not even moving when I’m going 50-60. 70 seems normal and 90 feels like I’m moving. I don’t know how people manage to drive so slow AND have no situational awareness. Like you see a fast car coming up behind , you’d think “oh let them go merge over”, but nope they’re like “I’m going to brake right when you get close and there’s nothing in front of me to brake for.”

So I’m not alone. Measuring distance with distance feels weird. Measuring distance with time feels more natural.

Was in D.C. with friends one time and I said that shop’s about 5-10 minutes away. They were like how far is that? I told 5-10 minutes and they were so confused. I got confused when he told me the distance with mileage and I was like that gives me no context of how far it is.

Sura but I don’t like the new grill they switched to a few years back.

Lekker was OK, service was really slow the last time I went. I think they’re closed now. I don’t know if they’re relocating or just permanently closed.

They’re the only place does BBQ per se. Other Korean cuisine restaurants I like are Soban/BBQ.chicken, Sura (separate place, same name, across from Mukbang), Mukbang (across from Sura, but not the other Sura), and Den Den Asiana/Bistro.

Den Den Chicken has been a hit or miss, so I can’t say I recommend them 100%.

I just tried it. What you’re claiming is bullshit. The fact that OP would’ve been able to keep their phone stable, zoom in,and snap the photo all while driving is unlikely.

Learn camera perspectives. It’s clearly biased towards the passenger seat.

The lines also give it away too. The lines on the right are in a straighter orientation while the lines on the left are at an angle. 🤦‍♂️

Not from this photo. OP would’ve had to put the phone way across the dash to get the bias it has.

The photo is biased towards the right, indicating they’re in the passenger seat. I’ve taken photos parked and at a full stop. You really have to struggle to get that same angle with that clarity, especially at highway speeds.

I worked and drive through there pretty often. The Brown/RISD area tends to be pretty safe, but common sense travel is always advised.

Winters are a bit harsh, so bundle up. I tend to still wear shorts and a T in the winter, but but your mileage may vary. I would say prepare for a lot of hills and perhaps snow boots for the winter hike. College Street and Waterman Street tend to be some of the steeper but more frequently travelled roads. Just watch out for cars since. Keep to the pavement and follow the lights.
