The west tries to negotiate a form of relationship with the taliban, and the taliban broke them themselves, like what Russia is doing.

Oh look, Russia decides war crimes aren't enough. So now they're going to commit crimes against humanity and lose there civilised nation status. Also proving zelenski right in that Russia is a terrorist nation and should be treated with as much if not more punishing treatment than Afghanistan.
