Start withholding rent.

I'm dealing with stupid shit through renter's warehouse and their contractors. I can't seem to get any repairs done within reasonable time. Had an HVAC guy appt for Monday, still haven't heard from RW or HVAC guy. Neither will respond to messages or answer phone.

I would give him one chance to either remove himself, or you remove it without damaging if possible, and place it back onto his own property.

Either way, set up some sort of property marker so he doesn't make that mistake again

I went to bed super duper early last night, because my sleeping schedule has been all messed up for the past week or two. Got about 7 hours of sleep, but I've also got about 7 hours until I have to be at work, with nothing to really do in the meantime. Might just get up and play some Xbox or something. Maybe have a nap a little bit before I have to leave.

I definitely enjoyed a 3-day weekend though, and it'll be the same thing next week as well!

Take heed though; when I called them for my windshield, they wanted like $600 to fix my hyundai. I ended up going to some other company and only paid about 180. I have no idea why they charge so much. Most other estimates I got were no higher than 300

If it's one of the door windows, might I suggest any repair shops / dealership. Door windows are usually just bolted in and don't require any of these specialty stuff a windshield replacement type of service would require

My rear car windshield didn't. Left work at 1am to find it destroyed

First time hosting Thanksgiving at my house for my parents, and even though they cooked 95% of everything and brought it with them, it was still kind of cool. Very very small gathering, very enjoyable, and no drama whatsoever. Had a couple beers, ate some food, played some cornhole, overall good time.

Hopefully all is well with the rest of you, and for those not having such a great time, I hope it gets better soon.

I work at a diesel repair shop. Like 3 years ago, we had a car hauler come in loaded down with Hyundai sonatas that were fully outfitted as undercover cop cars. I believe they were headed to Georgia, but expect them anywhere.

State inspections cost the same everywhere

The only difference in cost you should experience is labor rates and prices on parts depending on the work you may need to pass inspection. If you find a place charging differently for the inspection itself, you should report them to the Virginia State Police.

20 for normal cars/trucks/RVs/all trailers

51 for big trucks/busses (GVWR of 26,001+ lbs)

12 for motorcycles
