Unfortunately, the new owners are known to leave their malls to rot. They're the same people who own Enfield Square & Meriden Mall.

Easy parking, not a lot to offer, although I guess that’s the point. Paramus Park gears more towards locals, whereas American Dream caters to tourists & people from NY.

From what it looks like (according to the website), the food court is larger compared to other locations, and it’s also one of the first to offer a bar. Other than that, not much else. I don’t think the intention of this H Mart is for it to be a one-stop shop, it adds on to the mall’s amenities.

That’s what I thought at first but they are hiring, so it looks like H Mart is much closer to getting the store ready to open.

Their mall locations aren't typically that big. Just don't expect it to be like the ones in 5th ave or soho.

The one at Garden State Plaza closed in 2019. They relocated to Paramus Park.
