Vehicle and boat registrations are handled by county auditors and their subagents.

Reply to In Washington, can an individual become a paid caregiver for a spouse? If yes, how? by reginaphalange360
Becoming a paid caregiver in Washington.
Spouses can not be paid.
There is free or low cost help for unpaid caregivers through the Family Caregiver Support Program.

Contact your county commissioner, invite them to your home for a smell test. If there's possibility fecal matter is getting into a salmon stream the Department of Ecology should be advised. Don't expect quick results. Public nuisances created by " hostile and aggressive" people are difficult to abate.

Visit the Washington State Trails Association site and look at trip reports . You can search by area, date range, and trail conditions. There are some trails that won't require snowshoes and won't tax your back.

Use the Washington Trails Association's "Hike Finder Map." Each hike description has a link to recent trip reports.
Check the National Weather Service for reports on the Olympic Peninsula and Mt Rainier area.

The west coast north of California wasn't settled by Europeans until the mid-1800's. The only way to get people and supplies in, and product out, was by sea. Populations concentrate around transportation hubs. There are only two seaports on the Washington coast between the Columbia River and the Strait of Juan de Fuca: Willapa Bay and Grays Harbor.
