Better: in a big parking lot or parking garage, take a photo of your car with enough context around to identify the spot (license number, parking spot number, floor number). Did you park on level 3 or level 4? The answer is on the photo. Is your car not there? Show the photo to the parking people.

Some people expect more… I had paid extra for a row 1 seat because I wanted not only the extra legroom but also place to work on my laptop, and some guy asks me to move so he can be beside his girlfriend. He wasn’t even polite about it, shoving his face into mine from above. I asked what seat, it was two rows back. When I reply “No” (a complete sentence!) he start stammering “but” with a shocked face like his magic incantation unexpectedly hadn’t worked, until his GF shoved him. GF then sat beside me. No attempt was made to get someone from row 3 to move forward smh.

The dollar is supported by the US government, economy, and military-industrial complex. Sure it can crash, but it’s much less likely than crypto is to lose 50% of value wrt buying food and paying for a roof over your head.

Call it an investment if you like… but admit it’s a risky one, and don’t put in risky investments money that you can’t afford to lose.

If you expect to finance your mortgage with renters, don’t treat this as a simple home mortgage. It’s a business loan and investment and should be treated as such.
