Relying on a carpool is inherently unreliable. Ubering is going to cost you a lot.

I have seen and heard nothing but will update. The worry is that he influenced her while very sick to change the will

My 'cut' of the inheritance would be 50-70k. I can reasonably spend half that

To answer your first question, no there is no option like that in MA. You cannot view what you're qualified for before MA health connector approves you.

Can they legally bill me for services during the coverage date in the future? E.g. they repeal the protection of coverage in a few months, see I've been making more, and then back charge or back bill me for services during 2022 that we're initially covered by my insurance?

Thank you! I will reach out to them for confirmation of what PolkaD0tMom said. During Covid when I moved back, they wouldn't let me on Masshealth and it was such a pain to get health insurance because of the site, which is why I thought they'd just give me the boot if I didn't confirm a plan

To elaborate, my income shot up a lot so I won't be eligible for the subsidized Masshealth plan I'm on.

Why can't I enroll in a plan? I never got information on plan renewal (the packets they send out each year). Do I have to worry about losing health coverage between now and Jan 1?

Yes, any room that has a closet can be considered a bedroom. Any room without one is not classified as a bedroom.
