It might not be as fresh as someone roasting it here, but I buy my beans roasted directly from a grower in Colombia. They harvest, dry, roast and package it in a tiny hacienda in the hills of Antioquia. I’d even send you a small amount if you want, it’s truly a great expression of the terroir in Colombia, and it works out to be $12/#.

If you want to live coastal, just keep looking. Narragansett, South Kingstown and surrounding have limited yearly rentals because landlords can make bank during the summer then rent to students for academic year. If you want to find a place, that’s coastal, I’d suggest finding a realtor, or property manager, or look on Facebook/Craigslist and know the scam red flags, because it’s rough down here. In Cranston/Warwick you might find something easier there, but it’s not going to have the charm of PVD or a beach town. My final suggestion, after being a person that moved around a lot, is if you can’t find a place, struggle through with a short term rental, it’ll get you into the state, and you can explore the areas more, see what fits, and be able to tour properties in person.

Good Luck!

I used them for a replacement, luckily I didn’t have the safety devices that needed to be calibrated, but it was $300. The first one was not laminated and caused double vision, they came out and replaced at no charge.

I feel the same, everything in RI is about summer, beaches, Del’s, fried seafood, whatever else. Really would love to do this, I started calling around today, who knows, maybe 2023 will have a European Christmas market, with hot chocolate, mulled wine, fun crafts, great foods… be sure to keep an eye out here if I get it started.
