There is no real reason to expect anything but a very minor difference at best. The DX3 might be a bit better but these are both good enough. The bar for "good enough to be audibly transparent" really isn't that high.

They usually wear IEMs under those.

I have a bunch of cheaper IEMs for when I'm out and about and the CRA are definitely quite nice for the price. V shaped but not as much as the usual KZs, good bass and overall great performers for the money.

>Also could you theoretically utilize headphones built-in DAC if they are wired and would it be better than integrated dac in the motherboard?
You could, but it depends. There are some gamer USB headsets that most likely have a DAC inside them but I doubt it would be a good one. Apart from that your only chance is probably wireless headphones that can also be used wired, and those are also pretty rare (and most likely won't use their DAC when wired).
Really given that a $10 apple dongle is very good for the size/price there's little reason to depend on any headphone -internal DAC unless it's wireless.

That's literally the opposite of what's true.
You want a high dampening factor to avoid a change to the sound. The dampening factor is load impedance divided by output impedance.
So, higher headphone impedance (which is the load impedance) leads to a higher dampening factor.
Or in other words, you can get away with higher output impedance on the amp if you have headphones with higher load impedance.
