If you complain long enough they will hook an auxiliary meter up showing the entire scale of what is going on. What times your power is being used and so on. So far and I have seen this discussion many times with great tricks and ideas on why the meter is wrong I can tell you that so far the meter has not been wrong. Its in your house.

Yes. Look it up online. Not in RI/MA but odds will swing our way at some point. It just takes two errors really. The bus driver is watching the kids. The kid runs back for his bag when the bus monitor is climbing the stairs to the bus. The point is you can do a thousand things to create better safety but at some point the answers run out.

I have seen bus safety evolve from nothing to where we are today. Did kids get run over in my day? Yes. Do kids get run over today? Yes.

The thought behind the under check is they think a child could fall there and not be seen...but of course the monitor was there to make sure that did not happen so why look. Because parents are involved and no matter how well you explain that given a million chances a day for 180 days a year an accident will occur. So we bring safety beyond the absurd and when it goes wrong parents still want someone to blame while odds are sooner or later it had to happen.

Granted, on this cycle people bought some houses and raised the value in some shockingly stupid places. But compared to lets say Tennessee or Louisiana property here on the whole is more expensive. Most urban places are unless we want to discuss some real disasters like Baltimore or Detroit. Even Augusta Maine has risen out of the reach of any of its residents. A median income of 27k for a median property value of 244k? Thats worse than the 2006 numbers.

I was one of the youngest homeowners I knew in the year 2001 at 27. Here in New England the costs are just very high compared to other states. My advice is slow down. as the interest rates will knock the prices down shortly. When that happens remember a solid down payment and do not max out what you can afford. Best place I have seen lately is the USDA for certain towns. Take a look.

On the paperwork side you have to get that fixed. Understand the banks position on him as a loan risk.

First, look into rebates from RI on a new system. Second I think I know a few of your causes. My guess is its not air in your system its gelling. Air would be a constant issue and you would spot a leak most likely. The tank in a cold spot? There is a treatment for that. Also if maintained a boiler lasts a really long time if its a good brand and cast. A friend just gave up using his residential 1894 Steam system that was originally coal because his parents died. On cost, I think the Propane would be cheaper with a condensing boiler but make sure you try to get the rebates.

I actually took the Cumberland farms Coffee course decades ago when they first started this idea. They make money on every cup. The original blend was a complete D&D knock off but I assume that has changed by now. The cost of a cup is so low its amazing. Its well over 50% margin.

Second to Mom? More like third behind the state. I know some horror stories from RI single dads and its shocking.

My friend was served from the ACI for full custody. It went to court and the court shut it down but what did she do next? Forced visitation so he had to bring the toddler to the ACI every other weekend. Kid turned 17 this year and she has been out for over ten years. Not one cent of child support has ever been paid and she has called the state at least ten times to claim he was abusing the child she never bothers to visit. Court take away her license? No. Court violate her parole? No.

Massive double standard.
