Yep. I imagine if NY Democrat Party gets its shit together, the GOP will lose the House in 2024.

On a tangent, hotels can get very picky if you just have a debit card and are under 21. They usually pull ~$500 deposit + the cost of the room.

You know some NIMBY will complain about the cateneries being unsightly yet think nothing of the rats nest of wiring that are over streets.

Good luck finding an adult dentist that takes MassHealth though.
MassHealth could be amazing if doctors are forced to accept it; having a certain % of your patients be on MassHealth for subsidies.
Maxpowr9 t1_j5u181x wrote
I'd be shocked if you find any dental insurance that covers more than 2 cleanings per year unless you go the concierge route which would be a lot more than the price you listed.

It's why traveling nurses skyrocketed last year. It's essentially a last ditch effort to keep the hospital open but a lot of the rural ones are drowning in red ink. It's the equivalent of taking out a payday loan to stay afloat.

It's why many are predicting a lot of rural hospitals are gonna start closing like crazing this decade. What nurse/doctor wants to move to the middle of nowhere for meh pay compared to a major city?

Yep. Trains and busses will often run "express" routes if there is a backup of busses/trains behind the current one. It's fairly common on the Green Line going outbound when they don't load Branch manage well. Gotta love seeing tons of people waiting on the D platform at Park St and see 3 E trains go by.

Yep, taxes go to public services and when you cut out a revenue stream, you have to make up the difference somewhere or cut services.

Yep. The projects needed should be obvious.
The other reality is, Worcester needs to become a hub city for the CR too. Have it go up to Fitchburg, down to Providence, and west to Amherst and Springfield.
