Public parks are just that, public. You can have no reasonable expectation of privacy there and also it’s a joke about a specific Massachusetts stereotype, relax.

I’ve lived in the cold my entire life, it’s just a little joke, relax.
As you can see, this photo doesn’t identify the person as anything other than a dude who wears shorts and a hoodie in cold weather and/or snow, which there are a lot of in this state.

Just a note, UMB has shuttle services from JFK/UMass to several different campus locations, so you don’t have to actually walk from the red line stop to school.

It does, for three hours, it’s $200 for weekdays and $300 on weekends. Has about 30 seats, iirc.
