Mostly just minimize beef. The difference in water usage for chicken vs beef is immense.

In fact, this site puts the liters per g of protein of chicken at just moderately higher than cereals and vegetables and barely above eggs and milk. And far, far below nuts and beef.

They’re often still vacant, though. They’re just owned by some ought of state corporation intentionally neglecting them to bring down the value in the neighborhoods so they can buy more and eventually bulldoze entire blocks for some ugly corporate bullshit.

Occasionally they’ll rent them out but in the most corporate slumlord sort of manner.

This is not who we want buying houses in Baltimore

I wouldn’t agree with that, but only because to run a marathon you have to be in good shape all the time and specifically train for a marathon.

No one runs a marathon without getting good daily exercise

Hampden is super dead on Mondays. It’s pretty much just industry night at Holy Frijoles or Frazier’s, though a few other places like Arthouse are open, but I’m unaware of HH specials.

I mean, how long term are we talking? It’s been effective for me so far, but obviously by the time I’m 50+ and can’t exercise as effectively I’ll need to have cemented good eating habits.

I find it far easier to deal with mental health issues when I’m physically healthy, though

Keeping only healthy food around is just good advice, tho.

It has some potential to be, but is generally not multidirectional.

No matter what your gym bros tell you, lifting weights isn’t the end all be all of exercise. It is missing a lot and it isn’t entirely safe
