And we've also seen what happens to "dark well-written" animated shows on Disney these days... The Owl House

One of the reasons being it was made by Reaves and other Batman TAS writers.

That's putting it mildly.
A resume that includes episodes of: Transformers, TMNT, He-Man (both the original and the 2002 remake), The Smurfs, Jem and the Holograms, Dungeons & Dragons, Ewoks, The Real Ghostbusters, Peter Pan and the Pirates, Batman: The Animated Series, Gargoyles, Tiny Toons, Godzilla: TAS, The Centurions, Max Steel, Spider-Man: Unlimited, My Little Pony, Bobby's World, Challenge of the Go-Bots
On top of all that he wrote one of the greatest Batman films ever made, Mask of the Phantasm

Yeah, he was hired for his muscles. Not his acting skills.

That was when the show was being pitched to HBO, they passed because it was "too dark"... but that same year greenlite Game Of Thrones.

Now imagine the universe where Steve Carell was cast as Saul/Jimmy and Odenkirk as Michael Scott.

Yeah, after several rewatches I put together the best chronological order to watch the show in. After running into the same problems you had... the DVDs had them wrong, and the show was originally aired way out of order (thanks to FOX).

There's a old movie starring him that you'd love... The Frisco Kid. A western buddy comedy with Gene Wilder (playing a Polish rabbi trying to cross america alive with the help of Ford's character - a bank robbery).

The first and last episode of the old miniseries Centennial was just as long... even longer, actually when you add in commercials.

Either way, they'd be sued for using it because the bot just steals stories/characters from other copyrighted films and shows.
