This isn't the Antiques Roadshow nor is there a Kelly Blue Book on appliances. This is a YOU question based on your finances and your idea of worth for a 2005 appliance. I just dropped $1000 on 20 year old car seats which was worth it. Are they worth it to you?

You need to realize you have a real shoe size. Wide is not a size. 5E is a size. https://www.rei.com/assets/pdf/printable-brannock/nb-printable_brannock/live.pdf or you can visit a shoe store and use their Brannock device to measure your foot. Good news is BIFL footwear often comes in exact width sizing.

I would not throw that blanket on the whole brand, but you can knowingly buy anything cast iron sans fear. Their other stuff is likely made by someone else with their logo and may or may not be a BIFL item.

You are the best source of this as I could recommend a juggernaut of stuff that would deliver the People's Elbow to your budget (which you have not stated) and confuse and beguile you as to their functions (which you have not stated).
You want a Duck Press Grand Hôtel for $14,000.
You want a Le Creuset Tagine as you are a Moroccan household.
See how this plays out? Be specific and/or use the search engine as it works great.

Reply to Le Crueset still BIFL? by pussayforlife
Your question lacks depth as Le Crueset makes about 789 things for the kitchen, each with a unique lifespan which really depends on the end user. Every enamel product on the planet can and will chip depending on the end user and/or latent defects, with Le Crueset likely being better than what you'd find at Walmart. BIFL is not about things that will last a literal 1000 years as every product fails, but Le Crueset is generally regarded as top tier for cast iron stuff. As to their 641 other things...not so much.

Take them to a cobbler, say, "Make dis good". Return in 7 days and get good shoes for 10-20 bucks. It will likely be cheaper and easier in the long run.

Go read the rule. Read it. No one here that is a vet of this sub will say that any shoe will last you 100 years. But there are Walmart safety shoes and there are Timberland Pro safety shoes. One is not remotely BIFL and one is BIFL.

They are not the best as there is no best. Careful with words as there's no evidence to back them up. Red Land Cotton is long staple cotton and is top tier. Best? There's no evidence of that.

Breathable is pretty much off the table as, like you stated, your issue is top wear and anything mess is gonna be a no.
Comfort is a not as that's personal. No one can tell you want is comfort like no one can tell you your favorite album, movie or pizza topping.
BIFL sneakers start and stop with Margom sole as they can be resoled by a cobbler. So put that into google and see what you like, but you will likely be paying more than your budget.
Alternate advice is to get 2 pair of identical shoes and alternate the wear. Same color or perhaps different but same type. One famously known long wearing shoe is the Adidas Samba.

I buy based on labels as I'm not a pessimist. Fraud is everywhere and in everything, but I still pump 93 in my car and take a pill from a bottle that's says ibuprofen. If you wish to live your life believing 1 lawsuit = give up, then go on with your bad self.

That's the weak answer. The full retard answer is long staple cotton. Also goes by Pima, Supima or Egyptian Cotton. If you don't see these words, its not long staple.

Your thoughts on this matter are false. Please read Rule 1 and perhaps buy BIFL shoes....if you need tips, just ask.

You know you can go to a Red Wing store, get a fitting and then ask for some quality Red Wing steel toe footwear right? Red Wing sells like 900 pairs of footwear with some being BIFL and some being shitbox, so you cannot disparage the brand when you bought shitbox Red Wing shoes.

You are conclusion shopping. You are best served by stating the metrics of purchase and asking for help based on those the sample size you will find here on that will be less than 5 and conflicting and you be back here asking for your next 10 conclusions.

I provided a hyperlink to a manufacturer, AKA exactly what you asked for.
I also provided information that you could use now/future when asking a question to show that specific questions get specific results.

Couch. Thank.
That tells us zero.
Couches can seat 2 or 20. Be $200 or $200,000 (my break the bank differs from yours). Be holy shit yellow to printed middle fingers. Be leather to fabric. Mid century modern to art deco.

There is no environmental damage. You are reading articles about PAST manufacturing processes and applying today. No one uses PFAS or PFOA in PTFE pans today. And the amount of people with birds who use their pans wrongly (over heat the pans) to cause that danger is critically low.

Search for Navy bridge coat on eBay for surplus. Its a Navy pea coat but longer in length. Any tailor can swap the buttons for like $20 if you aren't a fan of the buttons.

Step zero is getting his size as quality footwear comes in width and length. Use a Brannock device or https://www.rei.com/assets/pdf/printable-brannock/nb-printable_brannock/live.pdf to know that he is, say a 7C. Then you can buy 7C boots.
Comfort is a personal metric and one cannot ask this online.
